Traditional Japanese rooms with Onsen (not the type you see in the magazine). The outdoor Onsen is facing the sea so you get impressive view from there. Many families and friends here, not so many solo travellers (it must be really sad to stay at an Onsen hotel alone like me lol). Good hygiene and hospitality.

The room was nice, had everything I needed with a lovely view of the ocean. I had both the breakfast and dinner buffet and it was lovely! Most of the staff didn’t speak much English but were lovely and helpful and we figured everything out just fine. The onsen was great, especially the outside bath. Everything was clean and seemed well maintained.

I was informed when I booked that their buffet would not be running for two of the nights that I had booked, however they would still provide me with a set meal. I was blown away by the quality of these set meals, and by the buffet when it resumed on my last day. Both the set meals and the buffet had a wide range of Japanese and Western-style foods. The onsen had a beautiful view, and my room also had a great view of the ocean.

polite staff, ocean view(if you get south side room) and wonderful view from large bathes. also I heard there is monkey spa near by.

Enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of space and facilities available at the hot water spa -indoor and outdoor. Located next to the sea. Delicious menu for breakfast and lunch. Only 10mins away from Hakodate airport.
